The PTFX Recruitment Process
--- A Player's Guide to Rushing ---
PTFX is a Team. We train together, laugh together, win together, and lose together.
Our Recruitment Process is inspired by fraternity recruitment, and shares its name: Rush.
The PTFX Rush
After a preliminary review, a solid candidate will start their Rush. All Members, especially officers, are available to provide support and answer any questions, as well as to train and evaluate.
Over the next couple weeks, the clan will play with the candidate as regularly as possible. This gives us an opportunity to assess the player's skill & teamwork, and to train them in our plays and communication terms. It also provides the candidate with an opportunity to get a feel for the clan, its organization, and its members.
Successful Rushes end with the candidate becoming a member of PTFX, rank of Private (E1).
Basic Requirements to Try-Out
* K/D : At least 1.20
* Hours played : At least 2 days in Ghosts
* Age : 17 or older
* Need working microphone/headset
* Team Mentality is a must
* Sports or Military background a plus

"RUSH"
College students who are interested in joining a fraternity typically go through a process called a Rush. This is a series of social events that let current frat members and potential frat members get to know each other. Rush lasts anywhere from a week to several weeks. At the end of the Rush, fraternities make offers to the students they think are the best fit for membership. Although the majority of students might be most concerned about getting an offer from the house they want, it's important to remember that the recruitment process goes both ways.
